Thats like the scene after he shot and killed Euphy I think C.C. was hugging him or it could even be a scene after he witnesses the death of Shirley.

that picture did remind me how he felt after he shot Euphy I was so sad after he had no choice to shoot her after she got inflicted with the Geass power.
